Thank you for booking your appointment with Luke Anderson Hairdressing.

Due to an overwhelming number of last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, we now charge a 25% deposit on all hair services.

The deposit will be taken at the time of booking, whether online, over the phone or at the salon.

The deposit will be deducted off the bill at the end of the service with us.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice is requested, to receive a full refund of the deposit.

Likewise, if you rearrange with at least 48 hours’ notice, no further deposit will be needed for the booking. 

Failure to attend appointments, we reserve the right to take full payment of service.
